Entrees 

 

Aji de Gallina 

A delicious Peruvian classic spicy yellow sauce made with walnuts, and Peruvian yellow pepper mixed with shredded chicken  traditionally served over rice, with boiled potatoes and Peruvian olives.

 

Tallarin Saldato de Pollo 

Spaghetti  sautéed in soy sauce with chicken, onions, peppers and tomatoes.

Pescado al Ajo   

Lightly fried fish fillet  topped with special garlic sauce, served with white rice.

Pescado Sudado   

Steamed fish fillet seasoned with Peruvian Andean herbs, onions, tomatoes, peppers and Peruvian corn, served with white rice.

 

Lomo  saltado Addition $2

Stir fried beef dish sautéed with onions, tomatoes & peppers served with French fries and white rice.

Tallarin Verde con Bisteck      Addition $2

A traditional green spaghetti made of basil, spinach and fresh cheese; served with sirloin steak
